Whether you’re fresh to CrossFit, having box commitment issues or just thinking about trying out a new program or community, Captain CrossFit offers all the things you should look for before signing on the dotted line. Our facility is more than just a gym. It’s a 10,000 sq. ft playground loaded with quality equipment, fitness programs, certified coaches, and the right playmates to effectively and safely push your limits and create an experience like no other.
Our Programs




CrossFit
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc.
CrossFit Lite
This class follows our CrossFit class structure with scaled movements so that you can experience the fun and excitement without any reservations.
Open Gym
Come in to train at your own pace, practice movements, make-up a missed workout, or get some mobility in.
Drop In
Come on in, fill out a waiver, meet your coach and classmates, and get ready to have a great time.
