Our facility is more than just a gym. It’s a 10,000 sq. ft playground loaded with quality equipment, fitness programs, certified coaches, and the right playmates to effectively and safely push your limits and create an experience like no other.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc.
This class follows our CrossFit class structure with scaled movements so that you can experience the fun and excitement without any reservations.
Come in to train at your own pace, practice movements, make-up a missed workout, or get some mobility in.
With our 10 DEKA Zones, we’re providing a well rounded functional test for all levels of fitness. Every zone is based on rudimentary movements that don’t require any specific training or education to complete.
