At over 15,000 square feet, Captain CrossFit is the best-equipped and largest CrossFit affiliate gym in the world. Our Facility

The world's largest CrossFit gym is right here in Prescott, Arizona.

We worked closely with the experts at Rogue Fitness to outfit Captain CrossFit with the finest custom equipment available: weightlifting platforms, pull-up bars, GHDs, ropes, two cargo nets, 12’ and 6’ climbing walls (as featured in the 2010 CrossFit Games) and tens of thousands of pounds of kettlebells, dumbbells, and plates. Don't forget the Concept 2 rowers and Schwinn Airdyne bikes, a gymnastics area with parallel bars and a pommel horse, a day care play area, and an in-house cafe.

Captain CrossFit holds group classes on the hour in the morning and on the half hour in the evening. We provide in-house child care so you don’t ever have to skip a workout. And don’t miss out on regular nutrition instruction, competition-level training and classes for all levels of kids — from preschool to teenagers.
